Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 29 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Aupods website and to purchases made through the website. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally entitled to purchase the products you order, and must comply with applicable laws relating to the possession, purchase and use of those products.
Where a product is age-restricted, you must satisfy the applicable age requirements.
We may refuse or cancel an order where required for legal, fraud-prevention, verification or compliance reasons.
2. Product information
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate.
Product appearance, packaging or manufacturer presentation may change from time to time.
If a material error is identified before fulfilment, we may contact you before proceeding.
3. Pricing
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
The price applicable to an order is the price shown when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious pricing or technical error before fulfilment.
Shipping charges are displayed separately where applicable.
4. Orders
Submitting an order does not require Aupods to accept an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled. We may refuse or cancel an order because of:
- stock errors;
- pricing or technical errors;
- payment failure;
- suspected fraud;
- delivery restrictions;
- legal or compliance requirements; or
- other circumstances preventing lawful fulfilment.
If payment has already been captured for an order we cannot fulfil, an appropriate refund will be arranged.
Your order number is shown on screen once your payment is complete. Keep it if you can — quoting it is the fastest way for us to find your order.
5. Payment
Payment methods available at checkout may change.
Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their terms and security processes.
6. Availability
Product availability can change before an order is completed.
Adding a product to the cart does not reserve stock unless the commerce system expressly does so.
7. Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Refund Policy.
The shipping charges and available services shown during checkout apply to your order.
8. Returns and exchanges
Aupods does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This includes where you:
- change your mind;
- order the wrong product or flavour;
- no longer want the item;
- find the item cheaper elsewhere; or
- do not like a product after purchase.
This does not exclude rights available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
The full position, including faulty and incorrectly supplied goods, is set out in our Shipping & Refund Policy.
9. Faulty or incorrect products
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a product is faulty, damaged, materially not as described, or the wrong product has been supplied, contact us promptly with your order number and details of the issue.
We may request photographs, video, packaging or other reasonable information in order to assess the issue.
10. Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or cancelled.
Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered packing, fulfilment or dispatch.
Once dispatched, an order cannot ordinarily be cancelled as a change-of-mind request.
11. Website use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a manner that causes unreasonable load, or use the website unlawfully.
12. Intellectual property
Website content, design and Aupods-owned materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party product names, trademarks and imagery belong to their respective owners.
13. Third-party services
The website may rely on third-party payment, hosting, delivery or other services.
Their systems may occasionally experience delays or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
14. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aupods is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published when an order is placed applies to that order, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
17. Contact
For questions about these Terms, email sales@aupods.com or use our contact form.
